I love CrossFit Firefly. The members are warm, friendly and inspiring. The facility is top notch and CLEAN. The owners, Ferd and Tracy, are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I really can’t think of anything that could make this fabulous place any better.

I love Firefly, It is a great addition in Town, they have CrossFit classes, open gym, yoga kids classes and Master classes as well. Definitely recommend if you are looking to make some friends and enjoy the workout

I was here for 4 days of workouts and I enjoyed all of them. There was a great mixture of strength and met-cons along with great coach led mobility. On top of that I found the community welcoming and very active. I'm going to miss dropping in here.
