Great coaching all around. Best experience I have had with a gym, community and the coaches. They are all very personable and will help you with absolutely anything. They dig deeper into your life to understand who you are and what you want from them. I recommend this gym 10/10 times to anyone beginner or experienced!
When I lived in KC I went to CrossFit FIF and it’s the best CrossFit gym I’ve been to and I t’s been hard finding another CF gym that compares to FIF. All the coaches are great, especially Chase who is also one of the owners. The workouts were always challenging, yet fun and all of the members were awesome. Regardless of your fitness level or goals, everyone is welcomed and encouraged up at FIF!!
This gym is my first experience with crossfit and I couldn't have picked a better place. Everyone is friendly and willing to help out. Coaches are very knowledgeable and make it a fun place to workout! Definitely recommended!
