All people can Crossfit - it's infinitely variable for all athletic levels. They offer additional servivces that are not offered everywhere, they even offer access to the WeightRoom with membership. Child care is offered for classes. Great staff and coaching all around, come find me here and we will workout together! I cant update with anything better!
While in OKC for a month, I had the pleasure of going to this amazing gym. Richard and his staff make the CrossFit Classes awesome. If I’m ever in OKC again for more work, I already know where I’ll be.
