Definitly helped keep me on track. The strongest parts of this program are three things. 1) nutrition expansion. Worth the extra since it makes dieting significantly easier. 2) the crossift is built over dynamic and limits focused workouts. You do what you can at your level and the workouts are rarely the same. 3) the ones running it are genuinely invested. When I did the interview, the instructor felt human. I've felt confident to talk with and coordinate woth my instructor even when I was still a stranger.
I never thought I would be starting CrossFit at 53 years old, yet here I am. The CrossFit Fiend community welcomed me with open arms and zero judgement. The coaches work with me at my level, which has given me the confidence to keep going. Week after week I can feel myself getting stronger. I encourage every woman to come experience a CrossFit Fiend class. You won’t be disappointed.
I absolutely love CrossFit Fiend! Located right in the heart of Oklahoma City, it’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to get in shape. The gym is attached to The Weight Room, which is great if you want to do some extra lifting after class. The atmosphere is welcoming and approachable, making it easy for people of all fitness levels to feel comfortable. Always end up sweaty and tired when I leave… weird. The coaches are cool or whatever. Community is fun I guess. Somehow end up here like 5 days a week. Only putting 5 stars because I have to, would put 6 stars if I could… 10/0 would recommend
My home away from home with my now best friends!!! Love this community and the progress I’ve made at this gym. Having the option for extra programming to help teach my goals is amazing!
