Very welcoming they have personal trainers who will help you set realistic fitness plans for your body type and goals. I did a session with Jonathan. He motivated me the whole time and at the end of our session I felt like I am in better shape than I thought which means he is really good at his job. Everyone seemed to be working together and motivating one another unlike other fitness centers that make you feel like every rep is a competition. I highly recommend Crossfit to everyone. Have fun and enjoy.

I was here for a couple of weeks as I was TDY to Fort Bragg. They have a great location, space, and equipment. Johnathan was super friendly when I walked in and helped me get situated with the class. The head coach was excellent, and the programming that he writes for the gym was very challenging which I thoroughly enjoyed. The members are like family.

Crossfit Ferus is full of trainers and workout partners that care about your health not just your physique. The box family is observant and caring but will push you. I recently participated in the 6 week challenge and even with being out for an entire week I still saw a huge difference. I didn't loose weight as far as the scale would show but I lost body fat and I gained a place I felt safe even at my weakest. And at the end of the day, most days I didn’t want to step in.
