I Absolutely love this gym. This was exactly, what I was looking for, when I moved to NWA. It took me a few memberships, trial and error, to find this exceptional haven. I say haven, because there is a sense of community, and camaraderie, you can feel the second you walk in. The instructors, are patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to helping with form.
