Dropped in on a Saturday to do the 12 Days of Christmas workout. It was a crazy-big class with 50-60 people; they said it was the largest class they've ever had there. Class started with a prayer, was well-run, well-organized, and there was very good vibes from everyone. Plenty of coaches walking around to make sure everything flowed. Don't be worried about your current strength or skill level and you will definitely get results based on the effort you put in, IF you keep showing up. Everyone is extremely friendly and offers help/tips/advice that I personally like. I started coming 4 days a week, about 3 or 4 months ago, and I am back to being in the best shape I'v... read more
CrossFit Fargo has been an incredible experience! The coaching staff is well versed in everything that they do and cater to the goals that you want to reach. They push me every single workout and I am in the best shape of my life. Doing intense training has poured over into working harder in other aspects of my life. I would sign up for CFF 100 times out of 100, I can't recommend this place enough!
Love everything about it. For thw first time in my life I can do a pull up. Thanks to this gym

Some stuff I like about CFF: (1) Scaling. CFF is hard. It's supposed to be. It's a feature of the system - not a bug. But every workout includes scaling options so you can adjust to your current ability or situation. This can, of course, mean using lighter weights or doing fewer reps. But it can also mean working with your coach to come up with alternative m... read more
