Dear potential new gym members, I get it. It’s scary. When I first reached out to CrossFit Fargo I was at one of the lowest points in my life, physically and mentally. Call it what you will, desperation maybe? But I knew I needed a change. Let’s get one thing clear, I have never done CrossFit in my life. I pulled up to the gym for my intro consultation with the owner Jake and saw people running laps around the building. My initial thought was, “no way, I can’t do this.” I was close to turning right around and going home. I w... read more

1. To someone who is thinking about joining CFF, do it. The combination of the fitness coaching that is available at the gym, the community and welcoming from all the current members is second to none. Joining a new community can be very nerve wracking, but I can say since I have joined I have met many of my fitness goals with thanks to the coaching and met some awesome new friends thanks to all the great people that welcomed me into CFF. 2. The biggest change in my life is I am actually excited to workout. Before joining CF... read more

The biggest thing CrossFit has helped me with is consistency. Before joining, I was very inconsistent with my workouts and never held myself accountable. I have been able to branch off on my own without my husband and meet new people in the classes I attend without him. It has opened many opportunities for me. I have learned that I can... read more

I always wanted to try CrossFit at least once, but I never had the courage to start. Honestly, the hardest part is just walking into the room for the first time. Once you do that, everything else is easier. If you're scared of the unknown, just take that first step. The workouts might look tough, but the trainers are super supportive and really look after you. After my first class, I felt a mix of exhaustion and exhilaration. It was challenging, but I was proud of myself for finally starting. Build your plan from there, and ... read more

I was trying to do too much and all wrong causing me to stall out in my weight loss journey. CrossFit Fargo helped me with my mobility, strength, and food nutrition. It’s been a fun welcoming experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a home gym.
