CrossFit Fargo has been an incredible experience! The coaching staff is well versed in everything that they do and cater to the goals that you want to reach. They push me every single workout and I am in the best shape of my life. Doing intense training has poured over into working harder in other aspects of my life. I would sign up for CFF 100 times out of 100, I can't recommend this place enough!

Jake will help you work as hard as your capable of, he will work your butt off, he will make you sweat, and you'll love every minute of it. We work hard so when things get hard we can deal with it h... read more

I was very nervous about joining, but quickly learned that CrossFit is for everyone! It may feel scary or intimidating, but there are scaling options and modifications for every movement. Each day you come to the gym is a day you get stronger and better. You will not regret making this investment in yourself. Since joining CrossFit Fargo, my confidence has grown exponentially. The mental and physical satisfaction of doing hard things has helped me to see what I am truly capable of. I have gained new friends and an incredible... read more
