We were on vacation in the area and ended up coming to Refuge Fitness every day. Our whole family worked out there, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The gym is spacious, very clean, and has excellent equipment. The workouts were well structured, challenging, and easy to follow regardless of fitness level.
