I’ve only been at CrossFit Fair Oaks Ranch for about a month, but I’ve seriously been loving it! Every class kicks my butt in the best way but I always leave feeling SO good and accomplished. The coaches are great, super helpful, and make the workouts challenging while still making you feel comfortable no matter where you’re at. And honestly, one of my favorite parts has been the people. I joined this gym a year ago today, not exactly knowing what I was getting myself into. I was out of shape, had dealt with chronic lower back pain for more than 20 years, and was ready to make a change. My goal was to get stronger, get back in shape, and hopefully help with the pain. I can’t say enough about the support I received from the very beginning. I absolutely have to give this a 5 stars. CrossFit inspires me including the big events I go to.
First time doing CrossFit and have had the best experience. Coaches are great really educated in what they are doing , great workouts and amazing supportive community. Highly recommend :)
