About this business
Coach-led 1-hour CrossFit classes daily from 5:30am to 8:30pm. Average class sizes of 10 people. Coaches lead you through everything during class, including a warm-up, stretching/mobility, group AND individual coaching and customization of all movements for the day's workout, and the workout. Each workout is full-body, and are different each day. We mix together weighted movements, body-weight movements, and cardio.

Great community and awesome large, clean space! Would recommend to anyone looking to try CrossFit or who is new to the area from another gym.
This is my first CrossFit Gym ever. I have been coming here in 2019. And it's the only community I have in Chicago. CrossFit is the best investment I have made for myself. I have become friends with my classmates. I like their class schedule, especially the 15-minute gap between each class. I don't feel rushed having to clean up my workout station for the next class. Excellent coaching, high quality equipment / facility, and fantastic community. I've been going to CF Factorial for the last 6 months, and have been consistently impressed. The coaches and members were welcoming and kind from the moment I walked through the door. It's been fun to challenge myself each week and make significant strides in strength and overall fitness.
