Having no prior experience with CrossFit, CFE has been a wealth of instruction and encouragement in learning to safely perform lifts I otherwise would never have felt comfortable trying on my own. 6 weeks in I know I'm getting stronger, and the supportive community makes me excited to get up and work out every day- and my kids even love coming to play with the other kids in the kids corner as well. I can't recommend CrossFit Expedition highly enough!
Great community, attentive coaches, great variety of equipment
I had never done CrossFit before and had no experience doing these style of workouts. Over 1 year later, I continue coming regularly and greatly enjoy the atmosphere, the variety of workouts, the connections, and the positive culture of this gym. Everyone in here shows up and puts in the hard work and effort to become better and stronger versions of themselves. Excellent classes, coaches that help me tailor workouts to my needs, and friends that challenge me to do better! I came from 10+ years of yoga and never thought I’d enjoy working with weights this much. I absolutely love it! Try CrossFit even if you don’t think it’s for you!
