Awesome coaching and atmosphere. They really meet you where you are!
I can't say enough great things about CrossFit Expedition. It's is a wonderful community and gym in Columbus. The coaches are all fantastic and committed to making sure you build the skills for each movement. The community is just the best. Members are welcoming and really fun to workout with each class. Highly recommend visiting CFE and joining the team -- especially 5:30a :)
The community atmosphere is awesome and makes a exercising way more fun. The instructors do a great job of explaining the movements to get the most benefit while also preventing injury
