From the onboarding on this felt like a good place. I had to bring my 3 year old son to an onboarding session due to bad weather and traffic, and it really is a family friendly gym (and now he still mimics some of the exercises I did around the house). Trainers are all great, the fellow gym members have all been absolutely delightful. 90 days ago I couldn't do an unassisted pull up...this morning I did 7 over the course of a workout. Even if this place wasn't 4 minutes from my house, I'd still be going.
Having no prior experience with CrossFit, CFE has been a wealth of instruction and encouragement in learning to safely perform lifts I otherwise would never have felt comfortable trying on my own. 6 weeks in I know I'm getting stronger, and the supportive community makes me excited to get up and work out every day- and my kids even love coming to play with the other kids in the kids corner as well. I can't recommend CrossFit Expedition highly enough!
Great community, attentive coaches, great variety of equipment
I had never done CrossFit before and had no experience doing these style of workouts. Over 1 year later, I continue coming regularly and greatly enjoy the atmosphere, the variety of workouts, the connections, and the positive culture of this gym. Everyone in here shows up and puts in the hard work and effort to become better and stronger versions of themselves.
