Great people. Very encouraging.
This was exactly the kind of crossfit gym I was looking for. With smaller class sizes, the coaches are able to pay more attention to you during the WODs. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming and I had a great first day. :) I enjoyed the ramp up coaching I got with Nichole and was able to discuss both my concerns and goals with restarting CrossFit. Looking forward to the next few months getting back into it!
