I’ve been in the CrossFit world for over 12 years. I’ve been new before, I’ve been a competitor before, and I have worked as an affiliate manager and coach. I’ve seen a lot in the CrossFit world. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
The programming and coaching was top tier. Individual attention in a group setting can be challenging but was done very well here with excellent bits of advice for technique and motivation along the way!
Superb, they follow the format and have perfected the class flow. It's easily scalable for beginners and experts. The coaches are attentive and correct form during the movements. Great whole body workout! Highly recommended
