Need help to find something they're look
My husband and I have been traveling around Canada & the States for the past 5 months, dropping into CrossFit gyms at every location. This CrossFit gym was by far THE friendliest and most welcoming of all the many gyms we’ve been to! Fantastic coaches and super friendly members. Incredible culture. I wish I could take this CrossFit gym back with me to Australia! Absolutely hope to visit again in the future! Great workouts, great atmosphere. Thanks CrossFit Exodus!
I initially wanted to try it out to workout in a group but was skeptical since I’ve never been a CrossFitter and the atmosphere was important to me. I’ve been a member for a year now and let me just say that the atmosphere and the people here make me feel welcome, comfortable and are encouraging. No matter what stage you are in your fitness journey, there is no judgement here, they motivate, help and connect with you. Working out at CrossFit Exodus makes it that much more enjoyable - having a group like this. Try it out!
I'm on the fence. took my son in for the kids camp, he actually enjoyed it to an extent, made a few friends liked working with the Male coach and when he was uncomfortable that coach encouraged him and my son tried new/uncomfortable things the female coach sat my son out twice. Instead of encouraging him to do hard things he was sat out and not checked on again he was told to go to mom and go home.
