Man, CrossFit Exodus has been such a amazing place for me. I was so intimidated to start being a big girl. I have never felt judged in this place. I may still have a ways to go in the weight department but let me tell you, despite that, I am in the best shape of my life. Soooo I got peer pressured in to starting CrossFit at 39 years old! BUT thanks to this gym, I'm stronger/healthier than I've ever been. My wife and I both go here, and it's become a big part of our lives. The workouts push me and are "FUN". Honestly, I don’t feel whole unless I’ve made it to class, like I'm missing something. Need help to find something they're look
My husband and I have been traveling around Canada & the States for the past 5 months, dropping into CrossFit gyms at every location. This CrossFit gym was by far THE friendliest and most welcoming of all the many gyms we’ve been to! Fantastic coaches and super friendly members. Incredible culture. I wish I could take this CrossFit gym back with me to Australia! Absolutely hope to visit again in the future! Great workouts, great atmosphere. Thanks CrossFit Exodus!
