CrossFit Exhale is not just a gym, it’s a community where people come together to support each other. All the classes are coached by trained coaches who prioritize safety and fundamentals. With all their different classes there is something for everyone.
Being older and overweight with a sedentary life I realized I needed to do something to change my health. That is when a post for Crossfit Exhale popped up. I thought......hmmmm what I am doing isn't working why not give it try. So I signed up in Feb and haven't looked back. The community is great. Welcoming and fun. I feel much better and not being a person to work out on my own or at home the classes are fantastic. Coaching is top notch and motivating. Even being older and out of shape I fit. Thanks Bobbie. I love CrossFit Exhale. I am an out of shape 40s mom and was interested in getting fit. All of the staff here are so friendly and supportive. I never felt judged and always felt welcomed!
