Fantastic place for youth fitness. Excellent engaging coaching, great atmosphere with plenty of equipment. Technique training with a positive attitude. Lots of variety in training.
I have been bringing my grandson to the after school CrossFit classes since the beginning of the school year.The program is one of the best fitness experiences for kids in the area!
