Dropped in to CrossFit eternal and I was immediately welcomed by Dell. I felt extremely welcome immediately, and each member welcomed me individually. I’ve dropped in to many gyms before, but Dell made my experience great and continued to check on me throughout the strength and metcon pieces as if I had been a member for years. If you’re looking for a fun welcoming environment to get in some fitness, this is definitely the place to check out.
Great Saturday workout with technique and strength on pull ups then finished with a obstacle course burnout session. Great spot to be!
I am having my best experience of going to the gym here! In the whole of my life I was never committed to continuing exercising for more than two months but it’s been now eight months that I’m going to Eternal Strong gym! Dell is a fantastic coach and highly experienced that helped me to treat my back pain and resolving my pain when my doctor told me that I needed a surgery! I’m so happy and appreciative of finding this gym with this great coach.
This gym is truly a community that supports and encourages each other regardless of skill/strength level. I've been a member 4+ years and would recommend anyone looking for the CrossFit experience to give this a try.
