I found my physical exercise home a decade plus ago with Crossfit. so water under the bridge and aging, I am now working out here. Dell is the best coach I’ve worked with. He is masterful at modifying exercises and workouts for individual needs, and he makes working out fun and engaging. He can meet you where you are, so if you are looking for a gym but are worried about age, history of injuries, just being out of shape, Give Eternal Strong a try. young, old, out of shape, recent collegiate athlete.
Hey Guys, if you are reading this review and you are really interested in joining this gym.. give it a try come in for a demo session and get yourself enrolled.. 8 months ago, I took the decision of enrolling myself in Eternal gym, and I must say it was one of the best decisions ever.. fast forward today, down 30lbs.. lifting heavy, being mobile and flexible.. i feel lighter and stronger.. Dropped in to CrossFit eternal and I was immediately welcomed by Dell. I felt extremely welcome immediately, and each member welcomed me individually. I’ve dropped in to many gyms before, but Dell made my experience great and continued to check on me throughout the strength and metcon pieces as if I had been a member for years. If you’re looking for a fun welcoming environment to get in some fitness, this is definitely the place to check out.
