Great gym, trainers are great and environment is friendly
Finally found a gym that delivers progress and technique, with a wonderful community! I felt very welcomed from the first day when I joined to train for Hyrox. I only had 2 months to tune in my station work and running, but the coaches at Elite made sure that every session was structured and focused. I beat my target time because of this! I have now fully transitioned my training from a commercial gym to Elite — best decision ever!
I joined Elite Strength in May 2025 and at the time I was plagued with injuries. The team were very quick to provide me with the required guidance to address various injuries and mobility issues which has lead to significant progressive improvements. I really appreciate the attention and help that Mark and his team put in with me and other members. I joined about 4 months ago and hadn't been working out regularly...so I was a bit skeptical. But the improvement that I saw with each class has kept me coming back. You can be assured of an amazing session of strength training as long as you show up. Thank you, Mark and Brad!
