I have been a member almost since day 1 of this gym. While the focus is on health and physical fitness, I always found this gym more like family. All 3 of my children have worked out here and loved it. The support you get from the owners and coaches is special and unique. Something you never get from a large gym. Personal attention and support. Whether it’s success in workouts, conquering a challenge or running a marathon, the escalate family is my biggest cheerleader.
I joined the Masters program a month an half ago. I have arthritis in shoulders/hips an knees. This program has helped me so much I was shocked. Marybeth our coach is wonderful. She tailors the exercises to your ability and encourages to do more. I strongly recommend Crossfit for anyone who wants to feel stronger and more fit.
FYF! I started on a Friday, five years ago, thanks to my good buddy. When I started on that Friday, informing Lenny my buddy recommended me to come on a Friday, Lenny replied, are you sure he’s your buddy, LOL. I knew I was at the right place with the right people. I needed something new and challenging in my life at the time and CrossFit Escalate has been a blessing, a way of life and a mindset since that FYF. Come see for yourself! VJC 💪🏼🇺🇸💪🏼
