If you are considering giving CrossFIT a try, Just do it! CrossFit Erupt has great community, coaches and will keep you motivated with a great variety of programs, social events and support. After having a baby and wanting to feel strong again I have felt so encouraged and supported. Good vibes, Good people and Great FUN!
Jess gave me a super clear introduction to all of the CrossFit movements in Fundamentals. As a beginner these sessions were so helpful to get my body use to moving in specific ways, and Jess easily adjusted to my level. The fundamental classes also ensured I had some knowledge of how classes run so I could comfortably join in. The atmosphere was really friendly and welcoming, and has been a great challenge for myself!
CrossFit Erupt is hands down one of the best training environments Albury has to offer. The facilities are top-notch, clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need for a proper workout. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about helping you reach your goals. We visited CrossFit Erupt this week for a few sessions and the morning crew were extremely welcoming and fun, making the cold mornings a little brighter. Coaching is on point, equipment is top quality and vibes are high. Thanks Jess and team 😊
In my experience of training elsewhere in years prior to CrossFit Erupt exisiting, I’ve never felt so supported, listened to and challenged by the team of coaches at CrossFit Erupt. It has also been a great experience to train alongside the coaches within the classes they aren’t coaching as well- I think it’s helped me to feel confident in asking questions and to share my own training goals!
