I’ve been to dozens of boxes across the country - this one ranks towards the top for sure - great coaches, programming, facility and most importantly, community !!! Highly recommend

The thought of crossfit always intrigued me BUT just like most of the other reviewers- I was also far too intimidated by it. Until I tried, yes its challenging but in all the good ways. As for Equality, I am SO glad this was the gym that introduced me to crossfit. They accommodate all fitness levels, but at the same time encourage you enough to push yourself. Highly recommend giving them a try!
I am so glad I took the time to stop and ask about the classes bc I love them … even though am fairly new here are some of the benefits am already enjoying - I have more energy, I am losing stubborn fat, I love the group classes bc they encourage me to keep going even when am tired , and the workouts are challenging but doable and you feel a sense of accomplishment and achievement!!!
