Great gym with awesome people and workout! It’s so clean and the workouts are challenging ! Coaches are encouraging and invested. Coach Trisha is such a kind and cool human and owner. The gym culture here is friendly, fun, and you will for sure break a sweat 💦!
Six months ago I posted on our neighborhood Facebook page looking for a personal trainer to help with someone middle aged, overweight, arthritic, and out of shape. Trisha responded inviting me to try out Crossfit Equality. Best decision I ever made. I’ve been to dozens of boxes across the country - this one ranks towards the top for sure - great coaches, programming, facility and most importantly, community !!! Highly recommend
Great community. Great instructors. Great facility. Great owner. Very supportive for someone new or getting back in to Crossfit after a long hiatus!
