Structured, workouts, available before the class. Multiple scaling options available. Amazing coaches- Energetic, knowledgeable, STRONG, motivating. Good lifting cues, and feedback. I never believed in CF and didn’t start for a long time because of the price. But now, I believe it’s worth every cent. I’m in way better shape (look and feel) than when I just lifted weights. I’ve not “hurt” myself even a single time. Do your future self a favor and just join up!
I’m usually skeptical of reviews, but everything I’m about to say is 100% true. CrossFit Epoch has been a fantastic experience from the start. The people are what really make it special. The coaches are some of the best I’ve seen at any CrossFit gym—they take the time to teach proper form, make sure you’re moving safely, and are always there with encouragement. The people are incredibly welcoming. The coaches are really good at what they do. The facility is well equipped and tidy. I'm loving the group atmosphere - it motivates me to work harder!
The owners should really watch what they post to the internet. Asian night was in poor taste, wouldn't you say??
