My wife and I joined four months ago and it has been fantastic. I have been doing CrossFit for about five years and my wife is new to it. I have been to two other CrossFit gyms and they were fine, but Eonian is different. The coach is mature, knowledgeable, knows how to run a business, and has created an environment where everyone and every age range is welcomed. When I joined I had zero experience with CrossFit. I was nervous about joining but coach Scott makes joining the CrossFit family an easy transition. I highly recommend Eonian CrossFit.

I am a 63 year old woman who joined CrossFit Eonian in October 2019 with my husband and teenage son. Owner and Coach, Scott Conway, is experienced, knowledgable, and professional. The atmosphere at CrossFit Eonian is welcoming and friendly. Everyone has been encouraging and helpful no matter what your skill level. I have been doing Dave's bootcamp for about 9 months. I am stronger than I have ever been, and I have made some awesome friends. The people are amazing, and Dave does a great job keeping the workouts interesting and changing things up. He also offers meal plans catered to your likes, and meal prep (hello, no cooking!). This place is very welcoming to people of all levels!

Top notch training in a top notch environment with super convenient various classes to fit any schedule. Great for all levels. I highly recommend trying Freedom Fit out.
