One of the best parts of the day. Anyone can CrossFit! You can modify for any fitness level. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.
I dropped in at CrossFit Engage and had an awesome experience. The coaches were welcoming, helpful, and made me feel like part of the community right away. The workout was well-programmed, the athletes were friendly, and the facility was clean and fully equipped. If you’re visiting the area, this is definitely a gym worth dropping into!
The coaches made starting really approachable, and there’s a scaling option for everything. Everyone is encouraging and supportive. I had accepted that maybe I just wasn’t meant to be a strong person. It has taken time and consistency, but I’m amazed at the improvement in strength, endurance, and ability.
