I’ve been coming to this CrossFit gym consistently for about four months now, and I can honestly say it’s made me stronger both inside and outside of the gym. The coaches do such an amazing job breaking down every single movement so you really understand what you’re doing. Keith ALWAYS makes sure I have correct form to enable me to be the most effective at my goals and he does it such a manner that makes me want to improve just to get that earnest praise from him.
