Been going for a week now, and it’s been amazing. Coach Lester and Natalie are great, they’re supportive, knowledgeable, and really pay attention to form while still keeping the workouts fun and challenging. The community is welcoming, encouraging, and pushing you to be better without any intimidation. If you’re looking for a place with solid coaching, good energy, and workouts that make you feel accomplished, I highly recommend it!

After 3 months at this CrossFit gym, I can confidently say joining was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The coaches are top-tier supportive, motivating, and genuinely invested in your progress. Huge shoutout to Natalie and Lester. Their coaching style, positive energy, and constant encouragement push me to show up and give my best every day. They make workouts challenging but fun, and they truly make you feel like you belong. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to level up their fitness in a great environment.
