My five year old son started going to their homeschooling classes, it has helped him in so many ways. His personality and confidence have grown so much with the help of the coaches pushing and guiding him. Now my husband and I recently signed up as well, it works out great with all different options for classes and times. Super family friendly environment and everyone is so helpful. Totally recommend!Â
The culture at CrossFit ENG is fantastic, with great people and coaches like Lester who constantly push you to improve and reach your goals. The facilities are top-notch, and they offer a variety of nutrition options, along with swag and community events that make staying healthy enjoyable.Â
Gym was very welcoming as were all the people working out, we had a trainer named Justin who was phenomenal and helped breakdown the exercises and push my wife and I to dooreÂ
I have been a member of CrossFit ENG since 10/23, and I could mention several reasons why that place draws me there every day, but I’d rather say it is the people, from the owner , the coaches and the members, the main factor to make it special. Ms. Ilen Fernandez is one of CrossFit ENG’s latest assets, and she is AWESOME!!
