One of the best CrossFit box that exist! I enjoy every minute of it.
BEST GYM EVER! Coaches are not only knowledgeable, highly certified, and organized. BUT they are also empathetic, kind and friendly. This gym caters to every one of all fitness backgrounds and experience. if you live in the area this is the gym for you! As a college student and now in a graduate program I always make sure to drop in every year when I come back home, because CFE is my gym home!
I am so glad I joined CrossFit Enforce back in September. This has been a game changer for me. I have been to many gyms in the past, but this one far surpasses any gym I have ever been to. The trainers are awesome and very attentive. I get more attention and direction in a group of 18 than I did in a group of two at previous gyms I had been at. I gifted myself a membership to CrossFit Enforce for my 50th birthday and my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner! While not new to exercise/working out, I had never done CrossFit before and I had been curious about it for years.
