Been to many CF gyms and this is by far my favorite!! Absolutely INCREDIBLE programming. The owners/coaches care a lot about about the members and it shows in the supportive/collaborative dynamics of the gym. Loved my time here and hope to be back 😊
An honest review after training here for 4 years: Do yourself a massive favor and stay away. Unless, of course, you are prepared to have your life irrevocably changed. I’ve been going to Evolve since 2016, during that time completely changed my body and helped with knee/back pain. Unfortunately during Covid I stopped going and took a 5 year break. March of 2026 I got back into the swing of things at Evolve and so happy I’m back at it. Not only does it help with getting in shape but having a consistent schedule has helped me feel better and reduce my stress levels.
If you’re reading this because you’re unsure about joining, take this as your sign. Coming off of having two kids and not having a consistent workout routine for over three years, CFE has been everything I needed. You do not need to be in shape before you start, which is a common myth. The coaches, staff, and incredible community meet you exactly where you are and celebrate your progress, goals, and wins along the way, no matter how big or small.
