Enfocado is a great gym. I've attended for almost two years and love the community environment. The 1:1 coaching in classes is very personalized and I love getting to grow in my skills, but safely. The class times are great for my work schedule and I love using the open gym when I need extra accessory work. They also have a kids zone, which makes juggling my toddler a lot easier. No more giving up gym time because my kiddo is home with me. Come join us!
I enjoy working out here. The coaches are great at teaching proper form and techniques. Workouts can be scaled for your abilities. Classes are fun and everyone is encouraging. We have a great sense of community.

The gym has plenty of room for group workouts. Coaches are knowledgeable and encourage good form over reps or weight. In addition to the coach-led classes, you are able to purchase a key for 24-hour access.
