I just went to Endemic for my first Crossfit class and I loved it! The owner Clayton was very welcoming and personable. The coach Clint was great and took time to teach me the movements and make sure I was performing them correctly. I felt safe, motivated, and confident that this was a place for me to improve my fitness. I'm looking forward to my journey with this gym!

I recently had the chance to train at CrossFit Endemic in Colorado Springs a few months before moving. Though my time there was short, it made a lasting impression. From the moment I arrived, Clayton, the coaches, and the entire gym community made me feel at home.
