Great place to lift and or do cardio. low key, everyone is very nice . Love it, whether you are i to crossfit or lifting this place has it all. The owner keeps good care of his equipment and is always replacing older equipment with updated newer equipment. Lots of classes to. Wide range of workouts there ...

I have been attending Crossfit Emerald Isle/Boneyard Barbell for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The CrossFit classes are fantastic, offering a great variety of workouts that challenge me every time. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and always ensure that everyone is using proper form to prevent injuries. Good afternoon - my name is Rich Sykes. For the last several years my family from up and down the eastern seaboard meet at emerald isle for a week. This year it was 6/22-6/28. I started CrossFit in Jan 2023 here in Colchester, CT at CFPG. I figured I would go to the CrossFit emerald isle at my normal 0500. I went 4 out of 5 days. Great gym, great people, and a great workout! We’ve only been attending classes for about two months now but it feels like longer- we’ve always felt comfortable and welcomed by not just staff but everyone else attending the classes too. Couldn’t recommend CFEI and Boneyard Barbell more!

Stopped in while on vacation. Great facility and the HybridAF program made gym access super easy.
