I come to the Swansboro / Emerald Isle area for vacation every year and recently discovered this gym. Excellent atmosphere, very friendly staff. Plenty of equipment to work with. Highly recommend to anyone interested
I’ve been taking the crossfit classes for almost 5 months now & I love it! I really enjoy the atmosphere & the coaching. Safe to say I’m hooked! If you’re wanting to try crossfit for the first time, this gym is the place to do it.
Amazing gym with great equipment, especially for beginners!
I’ve been attending the gym for some time now, and it’s fantastic. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel like I have to. The environment is excellent, the crossfit classes are a great time and a great place to find community as a retiree, former service member or active duty soldier. Tons of great people and great experiences. The gym is well taken care of, the equipment is top tier and the 24/7 access is great because I can just go in whenever I want and get a good lift in.
