I love it at Crossfit EMC, especially with Ron coaching—there's a good mix of levels. It’s suitable for athletes of all levels and they are great at helping with any needed exercise modifications.
I love the coaches at CrossFit EMC! I do not live in the area but whenever I visit I make sure to visit this gym. I’ve been coached by both Ron and Ana and have had amazing experiences.
