The coaches at Crossfit EMC are fantastic! I was brand new to CrossFit and working out in general, and they help me so much every class. The variety of classes is great, and the coaches do an excellent job coaching. They push me but also modify the workouts so that I am safe. I have had so much growth over the last year! There’s great coaching and community at this gym. We always drop in when we are in town.
This was my first time going to this box and it was fantastic! Ron was kind, welcoming and helpful as was the rest of the class. I got in a great workout and felt really comfortable. Whether you’ve been doing CrossFit for a while or your brand new, you’ll love this box!
