I travel to SLC a couple of times a year, and visiting EMC is always a highlight- great coaching, programming, and people!

As someone who's been doing CrossFit off and on for over 15 years now and been a member of multiple gyms, I can easily say that CrossFit EMC is one of the best gym experiences I've ever had. The people are friendly, and the coaches are knowledgeable, skilled, and very attentive.
I love it at Crossfit EMC, especially with Ron coaching—there's a good mix of levels. It’s suitable for athletes of all levels and they are great at helping with any needed exercise modifications.
