CrossFit Embrace is Dothan's original CrossFit Affiliate. Owned and operated by Landon and Keisha Brazell, CFE has been training athletes in the Wiregrass area since 2010. They have established a team of excellent coaches who work with each athlete to get their desired results. Each new participant begins with a Foundations Course to teach the basic movements and techniques of CrossFit in order to promote proper form and safety. This is the best CrossFit gym on the planet! If you're a crossfitter and within 100 miles of Dothan, Alabama then do yourself a favor and drop-in. They have space galore, more equipment than you'll see at the CrossFit Games (literally), and the programming is beyond incredible. And the place is always spotless clean. I've dropped in about a dozen times now, and I've never had a workout I didn't declare to be among the best I've had in my 12 years doing CrossFit.
