The youth lifting class with coach Julie is AMAZING!! She is so great with the kids! My 10 year old daughter has been lifting now for over a year and loves it… the atmosphere Julie promotes is incredibly body positive!

The coaching staff here is knowledgeable, attentive, and always encouraging. The community is welcoming and pushes each other to improve every day. The workouts are well-programmed, challenging, and scalable for all fitness levels. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout. Whether you’re new to CrossFit or a seasoned athlete, this gym is a fantastic place to train and be part of a supportive fitness family!
I have been going to this gym now for 2+ years and I can't find enough words for express how amazing these people are. They genuinely want to see you healthy and happy. From the coaches to the other members, everyone here really wants you to succeed. They work with you through all of it. Injured? They have a way to work around that. Feeling like you can't perform at 100? They have a scaled version just for you. Best decision I've ever made was to join this gym.
Absolutely love this gym and the other location in Commerce City! The coaches are awesome and knowledgeable. They adjust workouts and movements depending on each person’s needs. I cannot recommend this place enough. The community is amazing as well!
