This gym is filled with such a welcoming and supportive group of people! The workouts are fantastic, and they focus on helping you ease back into things if you’ve taken some time off working out, like myself. I also love that one of their main missions is to foster a strong sense of community. Overall, it’s a really great gym!

I’ve recently started classes at CrossFit Ellis and it’s been a fantastic experience! I haven’t worked out regularly in years and was concerned about keeping up, but their program is exceptional. The coaches work with you one on one to make sure you are comfortable with the basics before putting you into the group sessions, and it’s very clear that they are invested in the success of each individual. I have wanted to try CrossFit for a long time, but was always so nervous and scared to try in fear I’d hurt myself. CrossFit Ellis takes the time to teach you the moves which made me feel so much better about jumping into a class. They go even further than that though— the coaches watch my form during the workouts and actually coach, kindly. And, they frequently check on me to ensure I’m feeling ok.
