I was able to work out here while I was in town for a few weeks. The owners, Lisa and Jerry, are welcoming and do a great job breaking down each movement into small cues. Thank you for making me feel at home and for inspiring me to keep moving!
Went to the crossfit gym in Elk River. When I entered in the doors I was warmly greeted and welcomed. They fitted me in their schedule to judge me for the 24:3 in Jerome’s gym. It was a very clean and organized gym where it felt like home immediately. It was clear Jerome has a passion for CrossFit and made it more than a gym but being part of a caring family atmosphere. Great place for anyone looking to start and maintain a healthy lifestyle. There are a wide variety of classes and times available with workouts that can be adjusted to any experience level. The community here is great, from the trainers to other members!
Coach Jerome and Wade are great and very good at educating newcomers. I had next to zero experience with CrossFit when I started here and they helped me learn each of the exercises in an enabling and friendly way. It can be intimidating starting at a new gym but they have helped feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, I have to move out of state but I wanted to let other people know that the atmosphere here is great and I immediately felt welcome.
