I’ve completed my second week of doing cross fit and I’ll admit it was challenging. Haven’t been to the gym in over two years and joining my first CrossFit gym. learning how to do my first snatches, jerks, cleans and etc. hoping to see how capable I can be in a few months as long as I show up everyday.

I just started at CrossFit Elect. I was nervous about beginning this journey; however, the owner, Pat, was very positive and encouraging. When I finally took my first class, I experienced a great sense of acceptance and positive energy from all of its members. The coaches were kind and helpful. They met me where I am and want to see me reach my future goals. I would recommend to any others to try the gym out and see for yourself how amazing this community is.

Just recently joined the gym but from the second I stepped inside felt welcomed into the CrossFit community. Patrick is such excellent coach with such a friendly presence to have as the owner of CrossFit elect. His motivation and sense of community pushes you to be a better version of yourself. So happy my boyfriend and I were able to find this place!
