A small town CrossFit box who uses Mayhem programming and offers a full schedule of classes with trained L1 coaches! In the summer months we love to open the garage doors and get outside for a good ole WOD in the sunshine! Drop-ins are always welcome!

Been working out here for a few months now, great staff, and awsome atmosphere! Special shout-out to John who works staff, making sure everything is clean, well organized, and stays busy while he's there!

This is a great gym! They have great facilities and have done some great improvements!
