Awesome gym! Dropped in over the holidays and loved CFEP! Great open floor set up with all the equipment you could ever want. Coaches and staff are very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Would make this my home gym if I lived in town!
Joined temporarily while I was staying in the area on an extended work trip. Chris, (owner), and everyone in the gym were so welcoming and friendly. Fantastic facilities and expert coaching. Really enjoyed my morning workouts which set me up well for the working day ahead. Thanks Chris and team! When I’m back in the area, I’ll be coming straight back.
