Joined temporarily while I was staying in the area on an extended work trip. Chris, (owner), and everyone in the gym were so welcoming and friendly. Fantastic facilities and expert coaching. Really enjoyed my morning workouts which set me up well for the working day ahead. Thanks Chris and team! When I’m back in the area, I’ll be coming straight back.
I came here while in town for a week of work meetings. Very positive and energetic attitude and members are friendly. The coaching is great with good selection of modifications and a focus on form and technique. I definitely recommend!
This place is incredible. Friendly atmosphere, great coaches, truly an amazing community of people. If you're a long-time CrossFitter or brand new to it, CFEP is your gym!
I came from a gym that was forced to close and was sad to be going to any gym. Thankfully, CrossFit has become more than what I expected. The members here are amazing. Chris and Sonika are an amazing team and great owners. The programming is challenging but always scalable.
