Super facility. Owner/coach Josh super welcoming and knowledgeable (& a character) & obviously a great community. Wish I lived nearby so I could join! Recommend
Did two drop-ins at this location, price was very reasonable. The class started on time, I was kept moving the whole time, and the workouts were hard but doable. Josh and his team were friendly and communicative.
The best CrossFit I’ve been apart of- the warmest welcome with best encouragement.
