Outstanding coaches, but community stability is conditional. As one of the first 30 members of this gym, I have been part of this community since it opened its doors. Great gym, great coaches, clean, and friendly environment. There are tailored workouts that push and challenge you no matter what your fitness level is. Coach Daniel, Antonio, Ashley, Blue, and the whole staff here were helpful and supportive throughout the whole experience.
Ive been doing crossfit for 6 years, I Dropped in at 9am because Ive been looking for a gym closer to home, this place does not represent crossfit at all. From programming to the coach antonio who didnt even introduce himself. Its clear that they just want your money and that’s not what crossfit and community are meant to be. Daniel is the current owner and assumed ownership a couple years ago. Before him, this was a thriving gym with a community stronger than most. He has single handedly torn it down and gone as far as pushing away the first member who had been there since the gym opened just because the member needed a couple extra days to get money for a payment.
