In town for work and did a drop in this morning with CrossFit Eagle Pass and had a great time! The coach was very helpful and everyone made us feel welcomed! Highly recommend dropping in if you’re in town!
Dropped in for a 0530 Crossfit Session and had a great workout! The "box" was perfect; a cross of medivel contraptions of muscular torture to the most simplest of tools to build a physique of strength! The coach was very attentive to this new comer and still ensured everyone was doing max effort safely. Worth the 0500 wake up! Thanks CFEP!
