I started "crossfit" and functional fitness at Crossfit Durst, and since have visited several other crossfit gyms. By comparison, it is the ideal gym for me, and likely the ideal gym for you too, whether you have not exercised a day in your life, are thinking of switching from a "regular gym", or if you've been doing it for years. I joined CrossFit Durst in the past couple of weeks. I was so nervous as this was a brand new journey for me. My coaches have been amazing and so accessible and open to my many questions. As I started classes, the other participants have been so patient and supportive. I’m still nervous; learning new skills each class, but also I’m hopeful. I’m feeling stronger already and feel I’ve joined a welcoming community- everyone at their own levels but so supportive. So far so good.
Jacqui and her team are fantastic. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommended for some amazing workouts.
