Amazing community! I love coming to classes here because the people are real and everyone is so supportive. Coach Kyle, Matt, and Amy are so welcoming and helpful. There are only a few places where you can truly say community is everything and CF DCL is one of them! You can get a good workout anywhere but a strong community is a rare thing you will find at CF DCL.
I’ve been doing Cross Fit for just over a year and I’m very happy with the results. Very supportive environment and there is no shaming if you need modifications to the prescribed workout regimen for the day if you need it. My doctors and chiropractor all encouraged me to be physically active but gave me certain restrictions and the staff at DCL are very supportive and accommodating. As a newbie to CrossFit, I am so glad I found this gym. The coaches are great and help you modify the movements for you based on your fitness level. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging! I can’t recommend this gym enough. Thanks DCL crew!
