Joining CFD 18 months ago was one of the best decisions I have made. I'm in the best shape of my life and have achieved fitness goals I didn't think we're possible. What sets this gym apart is the culture. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping every member improve. The members have become more than work out partners. They have become a close-nit community that supports and pushes each other every day. No matter where you are on your fitness journey CFD is a place you will thrive in!
I’ve really enjoy my experience at CrossFit Dubuque. The instructors are great and do an excellent job of tailoring the exercises to each person’s skill level and ability. Whether you’re experienced or brand new to CrossFit, you feel supported and challenged at the right level. Most of all, it’s a great community. Everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely happy to see you there. Highly recommend!
From the moment you walk in the door, it feels like home. The coaches and community are so welcoming, making trying something new a little less daunting. The coaches meet you where you are at and have the skill set to take you to your fitness goals. It doesn’t matter if your goal is to be an elite athlete or a parent that just wants to be healthy and fit to play with their kids and grandkids, there’s a place for you here.
Awesome drop-in experience! Friendly coach, great energy, and a very welcoming community. The workout was well run and the gym was clean and well equipped. Would definitely come back when I’m in town again.
