From the moment you walk in the door, it feels like home. The coaches and community are so welcoming, making trying something new a little less daunting. The coaches meet you where you are at and have the skill set to take you to your fitness goals. It doesn’t matter if your goal is to be an elite athlete or a parent that just wants to be healthy and fit to play with their kids and grandkids, there’s a place for you here.
Awesome drop-in experience! Friendly coach, great energy, and a very welcoming community. The workout was well run and the gym was clean and well equipped. Would definitely come back when I’m in town again.
Out of shape and 47 years old, I was intimidated at the idea of trying CrossFit. But CrossFit Dubuque makes is so approachable. I am shocked at how much progress I’ve made in just under 2 years. It’s a great place with great people. Supportive and welcoming.
This is more than just a gym—this is a community. The coaches meet you where you are, celebrate progress big and small. They make sure you’re moving safely and effectively. Everyone is supportive, positive, and welcoming, which makes even the toughest workouts fun. I’m so grateful to be part of this gym and community.
