. I've only been going here for about 3 months but I really love it. I can't believe what a good deal this is when I compared prices to the other Cross Fit options in Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree. Its like $50 a month less expensive! But don't just go here because of the price. They are awesome at taking whatever you know or don't know from the gym and helping you to crossover as it were to CrossFit. A lot of gyms and Crossfit boxes focus too much on the flashy image and trendy workouts. Crossfit DTY emphasizes effective training and techniques you need to get you to a higher level of fitness. After only a few months I am already feeling and looking 100 times healthier and stronger. Matt is excellent about working with each client and helping them develop individually, instead of just trying to push them to a level that's more convenient for him.
