I started coming to DSO in October of 2020. I’ve seen myself grow more in the past two years of CrossFit than I had seen in the previous 15 years of traditional and Olympic style weight lifting. I’ve had less injuries, been able to push through plateaus, and gained more skills than I ever had previously. DSO has great, knowledgeable coaches that are invested in the growth of members, as well as an amazing community of members with in the gym. 10/10

I have been attending DSO for years. I love the sense of family that we have at this gym. The coaches are supportive and friendly. They are always will to modify if you are new or injured in any way. Please come give them a try. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to CrossFit DSO for a little over a year. I originally joined the gym for the convenient hours, and to challenge myself. Since joining the gym, I have been able to connect with a great community of women, who are supportive both in my fitness life, as well as my personal life. The coaches are amazing and help it feel more like a community, and not a gym. I highly recommend anyone looking to make a change in their life, to check out CrossFit DSO, as they have something for beginners up to seasoned athletes.
