We came from Canada to drop in and it immediately felt like home. We were welcomed with fist bumps and treated to an intense workout, leaving us drenched in sweat and proud! We will be back next year!
Great CrossFit gym with excellent coaching, strong programming, and an awesome community. The workouts are challenging but scalable for any fitness level, and the atmosphere is welcoming, motivating, and supportive. Highly recommend.

I am so grateful for this gym! The level of training and atmosphere they create is inviting and challenging in all the right ways. Mallory and Chris live with they teach and truly care about their people. Everyone I have met has been encouraging.
