I have never been to a gym before so I was nervous about starting and worried if I would be able to convince myself to keep going but everyone there is extremely supportive and it’s made it so easy to keep going back
Kelly and Corey are not just amazing coaches but epitome of beautiful humans. I am able to do crossfit and at the age of 40, because of these 2 humans.
I have been going to CrossFit DRC now for 6 months. The program here is almost similar to other CrossFit but coaches make the difference. A big shoutout to the coaches Corey, Kelly and Louise I enjoy training under them and i am glad and thankful to have them as my coaches. They look after everyone, pushes to do better than before and help progress towards our goals. Thanks so much guys, looking forward to many more days to train at CrossFit DRC.
