Joined CrossFit Dragon City over 2 years ago. I am a 45 year old women who was not athletic at all. All the coaches at CFDC have helped me so much. I am the fittest I have been in my life thanks to them and all of there support. It is a great community too.
I joined this gym and after two workouts I had concerns. I only got one reply after 24hrs and after my response and questions were completely ignored. Feeling defeated I just gave up. Couple days later by chance came across a cross fit in Famrington that offers more for their clients and unlimited support and genuine care. Before you join any cross fit beware that they’re not all made the same and many of them, like this location. Don’t care about their clients.
