We recently moved to the area and were looking for a community and CrossFit Doors of Daring has exceeded all of our expectations! Everyone, including the members, are super friendly and incredibly helpful. The staff is knowledgeable and they take form and safety serious. Trainers are top notch, motivating, and supportive. The facility is state of the art and equipped with everything to help you along on your journey!
Great facility for cross fit. Instructors and fantastic and adapt to what you can physically do, but also push you to excel.
Was not impressed by the coaches of the kids crossfit class. Have previously attended a few of the adult classes and liked those.
My child left the crossfit for kids class sobbing without a single kind word from either of the two "coaches," who were standing around with glazed eyes while the other 4 kids played at the end of the class. 2 coaches, 4 happy kids, 1 sobbing child. Empathy. Look it up, as you clearly lack it.
