At first I was skeptical about CROSSFIT. I’m an old school weight lifter. I decided to give it a shot and I was amazed at how much I liked going. This is exactly what I needed. A workout program that I don’t have to put any thought process into. It’s all done for you. Just show up for one hour and do their routine. That’s it. I love training at CrossFit Diehard! The workouts are always challenging in the best way, and the coaches push you to do your best. The community here is awesome, and I’ve seen so much progress since I started.
One of the best gyms I have ever dropped into! Clean, attentive, energetic, and a place that really values its members as seen by all of the plaques with names across the space. Jessy was an awesome coach and lead class like a pro. Cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a new gym in the Daytona area or just dropping in while in town.
Great gym! The atmosphere is always positive and motivating, and the coaches are truly top-notch. Louisa and Jessy in particular are incredible - they’re knowledgeable, encouraging, and really take the time to make sure everyone feels supported at the right level. Highly recommended!
