Fabulous place to change lives, I highly recommend!
Love the community and the integrity of the coaches. Very skilled and trained in what they do, from bodybuilding to marathons, weight loss to Olympic Lifting. They have been through and coached it all. Especially love Jake the Owner and Austin the co-manager.
I love CrossFit Devotion. I’ve always struggled with consistency and have admittedly left and came back a few times but I always WANT to come back. It’s tough workouts, but I feel like I’m getting the best workout imaginable in an hour. Working out is so important for long term longevity and health. You can scale to your ability, the coaches are great at showing different options for the workouts. I had a great experience with this CrossFit program. It was an incredible learning opportunity, and honestly, it's the first time since having kids that I've noticed a real difference in my body. The workouts are unmatched, they challenge me every time and push me to my limits in the best way possible.
