great atmosphere, amazing coaches, and tons of equipment and space
Was in search for a Mayhem Affiliate while on vacation and got the 3 day pass. This gym is welcoming and has a great coaching staff. They demo each movement and actually move about throughout the strength and metcon portions coaching and cuing members and drop ins alike. This will be the gym I use in Destin anytime I am there.
