They were so welcoming to this drop in Indiana girl! I had a blast and enjoyed the class! The people were wonderful and gave me so many great recommendations!
Great gym with plenty of room and accommodating coaches!
I’ve been here the past two weeks for work and my home gym follows the same programming and I wanted to stay on track. You all welcomed me in and continued to push me with all the 1 rep maxes we had! Tomorrow is my last day and I’ll be sad to leave; if you’re looking for a place to drop in this is the spot!
Visiting from Virginia Beach, VA and had the opportunity to drop-in a few times. I was impressed with the organization of the gym and the quality of equipment! I will definitely recommend to others when visiting.
I’ve dropped in twice on a Saturday and the wods were great! Friendly, nice facility, fit and knowledgeable coaches. I’ll be back!
